Last Sunday of the Month | 10:45 AM | Manor Hill Elementary Gym
Equipping Groups and liberty kids | 9 am - 10 am | LBC Building
A Note to Guests
We are thrilled to have you join us! Please park at the Manor Hill Elementary parking, and more location info is listed below. Upon entering Manor Hill Elementary, there is a small team at a table with a “Welcome Guests” sign who would love to meet you, assist you in any way, and provide a Bible for you if needed. There will also be a QR code on our worship guide, which we’d love for you to scan and fill out so we can follow up, care for you, connect you with a pastor for coffee, and more. Our members and pastors look forward to meeting you and getting to know you!
General Info
Location: Manor Hill Elementary School, just south of our property on Birmingham Road. Entrance will be through the gym entrance on the south end of the building. There will be members to help point you in the right direction.
Parking, Shuttle, and Drop-off (Maps Below): Parking at Manor Hill Elementary is limited, so we will utilize the parking lots of our LBC property as well as the Manor Hill Elementary. Parking around the Elementary playground on Jackson, McClellan, and Birmingham may also be available on the school-side of the street. Please prioritize guests and our older saints for parking at Manor Hill Elementary. We encourage those with families to drop off their families at Manor Hill before parking their vehicle at the LBC property in order to maximize our shuttle.
Shuttle Schedule: Before the service begins at 10:45 AM, the shuttle will run between the LBC building and Manor HIll between 9:45 AM and 10:30 AM. The shuttle will stop running at 10:30 AM, 15 minutes before the service, so volunteers can get to the service in time. The shuttle will resume once the service ends and will run until around 12:45 PM.
Coffee, Drinks, and The Lord’s Supper: Liberty Public Schools has asked that coffee and drinks with sugar not be brought into the gym. This is a great opportunity to rehearse our thankfulness for this space and that gathering together as one church is more important than even coffee! Thankfully, though, the school was gracious enough to allow us to still take the Lord’s Supper together, provided we are as cautious as possible when handling the grape juice.
Childcare: As the LBC staff assesses the feasibility of offering childcare in the future, we’ll have the joy of our children joining us in the service. We love our kids and are thankful for the cries, babbles, squeaks, snack wrapper crunches… all the things! For families’ convenience, we will also provide a “cry room” space for families to take their children and a private area for nursing mothers. Both of these spaces will have an iPad livestreaming the service.
