B Month Serving
February is a B month! If you are scheduled to serve during B months, remember to connect with your team to coordinate your serving responsibilities. Thank you for serving our church family!
Women's Reading Group: Biblical Discipleship
If you’re longing to grow together with other women in practical, Biblical discipleship, this group is for you. Join Hannah Stephens for a 7-week hybrid small group studying Don’t Make Me Count to Three by Ginger Hubbard via Zoom. We’ll kick off the small group with a tea party on February 7 at 4 PM then meet bi-weekly online via Zoom starting on Thursday February 19 at 7:30PM. Open to all women: moms, grandmas, and women who have a heart to serve and disciple children in any capacity. Click the button below to register and reach out to Sunny Horstmann with any questions
Exploring Church Membership
In God’s infinite wisdom and kindness, he has not left Christians to simply figure out “church” on their own, but has given us instruction through his Word. Join the pastors as they consider what Scripture has to say about the structure of the church, the importance of church membership, and how all of this serves to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you know someone who would like to participate, please direct them to our website with the link below. Members are also welcome to join, meet prospective members, and review what the Bible has to say about God’s design for the local church!
Spring Missions Reading Group
The Spring Missions Reading Group begins Sunday, February 1st. It is open to all members eager to learn about God's heart for the nations and how we can participate in advancing the gospel around the world. Over 3 meetings on Sunday evenings from 7-8:30pm this Spring, we'll enjoy dessert and coffee/tea, discuss several short readings, and pray for current missionaries connected with LBC. For those interested, please complete the brief form below to help us know who to expect. Contact Pastor Paul (paul@lbcliberty.org) with any questions you may have.
Recommending Deacons
At our December members’ meeting, the elders announced plans to install additional deacons to help meet tangible needs in the church. As the elders prayerfully consider men to nominate to the church, they have asked members to also be in prayer for this process and to share with them recommendations.
To learn more about the role of deacons, Biblical qualifications, and the process of installing deacons, please click the button below.
To recommend brothers in the church for this role, you can connect with the pastors or use the form below. Recommendations will be taken through February 4, 2026.
