This Easter Sunday, 3/31/2024 at 10:00am, we will meet together at Manor Hill Elementary School in the gym for a single service! Below are details and instructions to help us prepare for our time together.

Location: We will meet at Manor Hill Elementary School just south of our property on Birmingham Road. We will be entering the building through the gym entrance. There will be members to help point you in the right direction.

Parking, Shuttle, and Drop-off: Parking at Manor Hill Elementary is limited, so we will utilize the parking lots of our LBC property as well as the Manor Hill Elementary. If you are able, we ask members to park at the LBC property so that guests, members with special needs, and older members can utilize the school parking. We encourage those with families to drop off their families at Manor Hill before parking their vehicle at the LBC property in order to maximize our shuttle.

Guests, please park your vehicle in the Manor Hill Elementary parking lot!

Shuttle Schedule: Service begins at 10:00 AM, but you are welcome to arrive any time after 9:00 AM. The shuttle will begin running at 9:00 AM and will make its last run at 9:45 AM, so you must park at the LBC building lots before 9:45 in order to catch the shuttle! The shuttle will resume once the service ends and will run until around 12:30 PM.

Guests: We are thrilled to have you join us! As stated above, please park at the Manor Hill Elementary Parking. Upon entering Manor Hill Elementary, there is a small team at a table with a “Welcome Guests” sign who would love to meet you, assist you in any way, and provide a Bible for you if needed. There will also be a QR code on our worship guide, which we’d love for you to scan and fill out so we can follow up, care for you, connect you with a pastor for coffee, and more.

Seating: Seating will be provided in the school’s gym. The seats are plastic folding chairs so you may want to bring a seat cushion or pillow. The deacons are prioritizing a new seating arrangement this year to maximize the ability to move about more freely and fellowship with one another.

Serving Teams and Childcare: This will look similar to our Manor Hill Easter gathering last year. This means we will not have Equipping Groups, Liberty Kids, or coffee on Easter. We will, however, provide a “cry room” space for families to take their children, if needed, and a private area for nursing mothers. Both of these spaces will have an ipad livestreaming the service.
